To do list

On Friday, we crafted a to do list for us to stay on track at the end of every week, refer back to what we’ve done and what we need to do next, organisation will be important in order to keep things moving  and everyone on track an accountable for their work.

CLASSES

• MONDAY - Arri Alexa and Blackmagic Workshop 10am-5pm
• TUESDAY - High End Workflow for Post 10.30am - 1pm
• WEDNESDAY - Dissertation Day
• THURSDAY - MA sound production
• FRIDAY - Script Tutorial & Dissertation Day

KICKSTARTER/INDIEGOGO - this needs to be done ASAP  (Production Team)

• Maciej and Shantel (logline characters, synopsis)
• Prizes (scripts, film itself, our kidneys etc etc)
• Research good film kickstarters
• Graphics for kickstart
• Start making our indiegogo/kickstarter whichever y’all want

CASTING (Production Team)

• Starting mandy casting, we have our characters and who they are, it might be good to start garnering interest, not audition yet,
• set an audition date, possible callback dates for them to audition together
• Start the mandy casting call and choose the kids that apply.
• Audition will only need 2 scenes of the script
• AUDITION PACK
• Maciej and shantel will work on character blurbs for both characters.
• Book Central Uni Room, plus give list of names to security 24hours before

SCHEDULING (Gabie)

• Gabs do a proper schedule and send it out to All of us

SCRIPT (Maciej and Shantel)

• refine story beats and email Nicholas
• Nicholas will go through beats with us and by next week work on our first script, first draft to be due WEEK 6    

LOCATION and graphics  (Sunny)

• Finding location outside of london OR visualize a set (if we need one)
• Filming permits - check if we are allowed to film at our chosen location
• Check that the following amenities are available at our chosen location- Parking space, bathroom facilities, power plug supplies, electricity, Lunch area for crew and actors, mobile services or signal, overnight accommodation (Look at prices, student discount :), separate accommodation for crew + actors )
• shall i create a list so the things to take on location so stationery kit (lables, warning tape, pens blah blah) , coffee kit + food kit ideally snacks we can use ocado which delivers to the location , first aid kit list
